What's possible?

Our fabrication services include, but are not limited to, panel making in both aluminium and steel, foam-filled or baffled fuel tanks manufactured to order, aluminium catch tanks and swerl pots. We use new equipment coupled with traditional tools which ensures our fabrication services are carried out to the high standards we are known for. We can repair or restore almost any section and if a repair is not possible, we can manufacture a replacement, making sure every project is completed to the same high standard and with our attention to detail. We can also produce one-off body panels to your specification and drawings. We are always interested in new and exciting projects, and whilst pricing for some jobs can be difficult, please contact us with as much information and details about your requirements and we'll see if we can help.

You may be restoring a car yourself and need us to install wing vents, reskin or reshell a panel, make an aluminum fuel tank or fabricate a one-off piece - just because your car isn't here, doesn't mean we are not willing to help. Aluminium Hard Top for MK3 race car

When an original is not available and reproductions are not up to standard, we can fabricate a hand made hard top to specification, bespoke to the vehicle. Prices from £9,500, available to be made to order for any sports car.

Steel & Aluminium Fabrication

The featured car is a race car build illustrating a range of skills that can apply to any restoration, whether it's a road car or a race car. Restoration of any vehicle can involve, chassis fabrication, steel tube welding, steel or aluminium body work through to handmade fabricated hard tops, which are bespoke to each car.

Aluminum Fuel Tank - Long-Range

Our brief was to create a high capacity, baffled aluminum fuel tank for a Mercedes rally car which was going to cover circa 15,000 miles. It needed to fit in the boot and comply with rally regulations as well as having all safety measures such as rollover non-return valve, quick fill nozzle and electronic fuel gauge.

Austin-Healey Wing Vents

This customer was having a lot of work done, including a full colour change respray and during this time he asked if we could fit the rally style wing vents used on the 3000 competition cars. Here's a series of photographs showing Charlie fitting these vents.

Aluminum Fuel Tank - Pre-War

For this fuel tank, we were provided a drawing to build the tank to. This is an external tank to be fitted to a pre war car, so finish is really important. The aluminium sections were cut, folded and pressed as required and the tank has aluminium baffles and two Monza style filling caps. To locate the external straps which secure the fuel tank, we machined two wheels for our bead roller and two beads were rolled to the correct width.

Chevron B26 Side Pod Repair

After a small hit in the side, this Chevron race car needed a repair section fabricated and welded back in place.
